Project Overview

Odd Socks is a short film project where I contributed as a 2D VFX artist, focusing on shot cleanups, roto, and supporting the team during post-production.

Puppetry Cleanup & Roto

I was responsible for removing visible puppeteers, strings, and rods used to operate the puppets on set. This involved detailed roto and cleanup work to ensure the puppets appeared naturally integrated within the scene.

Shot Support & Refinement

In addition to my assigned shots, I assisted teammates by helping refine roto work and addressing cleanup challenges to maintain visual consistency across sequences.

Collaborative Workflow

The project required close collaboration within the VFX team to ensure all puppetry-related elements were seamlessly removed while preserving the original performances and motion.
